Congratulations on completing your challenge and reaching the C1 level! 

I know you had to work hard and put in quite a lot of time and effort to complete all the lessons and activities in the way I had recommended.

So, pat yourself on the back for your hard work and the excellent results that you've achieved!

You now have an excellent level of English that allows you to:

1. Understand native English speakers and English media easily

2.  Speak and write English naturally, reflexively, and confidently

But of course, like with all skills, you need to actively maintain this level. You may even wish to take your skills to an even higher level.

So, what can you do next?

1.   Continue using the 'Focused Listening' method.

1. For your listening skills:

• Find podcasts in accents you want to get used to and about subjects you’re interested in. 
• Listen to the full podcast 2-3 times, fully relaxed.
• Transcribe a 1-minute section of the podcast; then, check your text against the transcript.
• Do this 2-3 times a week for about 20 minutes each time.

2.  For you speaking & writing skills:

• Daily, pick an audio file from the course and repeat the content out loud for 10-20 minutes.
• Start a diary in English and write one or two paragraphs in it 2-3 times a week.
• At the end of the week, re-read what you’ve written and correct any mistakes you notice.
• If you have someone to check your written work, write a 200-word essay once or twice a month and ask for feedback.
