Relative pronouns

Some of the question words that you have studied (who, whose, whom, which) are also 'relative pronouns'. Other question words (where, when, why) are also 'relative adverbs'.
There isn't a real difference between relative pronouns and adverbs. They both allow you to clarify which person, thing, place, time, or reason you're talking about.
