In this lesson, we'll be looking at expressions to use in formal situations and correspondence to: greet, invite, offer, request, apologise, congratulate, express gratitude, and offer condolences.

Step 3:
When you feel you've fully mastered these expressions, take the quiz.
You need to get a minimum score of 80% in each quiz to receive your Certificate of Completion, so repeat the quiz until you score above 80%. You can take each quiz up to 10 times.
